Please Help Our Quebec Skål Club Today.
We were all thrilled at the opportunity to experience a Skal World Congress hosted by Quebec City and, along with all the Club members, truly devastated at the very difficult decision they had to make to cancel and now face very serious financial concerns.
The Quebec club has experienced a significant financial loss as a result of two attempts to host, promote and coordinate the World Congress. These include ‘sunk’ costs leading up to both planned congress dates and early deposits with suppliers. All the suppliers have been very fair in negotiating reductions but the Club is still facing a significant loss.
Their choice was to face the potential of a loss in excess of 6-figures proceeding with the Congress or absorbing the ‘sunk’ costs already invested in two attempts to host initially canceling the 2021 Congress due to Covid and the second attempt this year being canceled due to the high risk of losing the club outright.
Skal Canada is committed to helping with the Club’s financial recovery with direct support and is also asking for your help by supporting this special recovery raffle!
But we are going to make your help very exciting by offering prizes valued at over $20,000!
Skål Canada & Skal Quebec sourced some incredible prizes intended as a fundraiser at the Congress. We are redirecting these plus more contributions to this recovery raffle. You will receive more chances to win based on your level of support.

must be a current Skal member.
